      I love this HSBC branch. So new, clean, and big! The staff was always nice whenever I went, and I always seem to be the first in line at the teller. I think this branch just opened! The atmosphere of this HSBC branch is really the best of all the other branches that I've been to.

      I cant say much about the service, except that they are never open when you don't have work. Apart from that the drive-up ATM here is horrible. I can't tell you how many times it hasn't had any cash, or it won't accept checks, or it just steals your hard-earned money, makes a crunching sound, and then goes out of order...oh and btw your money is completely gone. And then you have to call the worst telephone prompt system ever made, and open an investigation that takes 11 days. This particular thing has happened to me 3 or 4 times here, and i am fed up. Take your money to TD bank
