      The worst experience ever. The guy named Robert Rice has zero to no knowledge about banking and customer service. He is totally an unprofessional. Please avoid this brunch. He’s a mess and undoubtedly putting the citizen bank’s reputation at risk.

      Very kind, and professional staff. Kindness goes a long way and once you get to know your teller they are just like a friend to you. I'd highly recommend doing business with this bank, if anyone for any reason had a bad experience I don't know what to tell you, it's not the bank, it's you.
