  My husband went in today to open a another account a savings and as he walk in the teller is filling her nails and I was denied help at the moment said I had to make appt and the manager in the back yelling out I had to make an appointment because they were closing. Horrible customer service. Manager screaming all the way from the back.

  This TD branch is excellently run. The employee's are hardworking, cheerful, and try to add a human aspect to account administration. Wonderful professional atmosphere maintained by good people! I cannot recommend TD as an institution however, In my 4 year experience with the bank they did not work with me to achieve financial goals and find solutions that work for me. Despite my fairly stable financial footprint, including long term ownership of real world assets such as vehicles and interests in LLC's. These suggesting my ability to maintain accounts in good standing and be an outstanding customer. I have felt resistance when trying to transact on a personal level for about a years time. In which they have taken the maximum transaction time on almost every transaction I initiate, this has resulted in increased losses I can not afford. They also engage in debit resequencing which is an industry standard, but can vary greatly in the way its administered. In my case TD has continually ordered transactions in a way that maximizes my losses and at times is wildly different than what my real time asset portfolio ledger and other financial instituations show regarding the same transactions.
