  I have never before had such a great customer service experience. I went inside to deposit a check and see about requesting a debit card. My check was deposited immediately and the teller even showed me how to deposit a check into the ATM in the even the branch is closed. My new debit card was printed out right there at the bank. Super convenient. The bank teller was simply amazing, super friendly and makes you feel like your super important.

  The lady that sits at the desk is extremely rude. My brother needed to open a local bank account for direct deposits and such and when he called them they said he needed to do it online. He did it, deposited about $7000 the following week, went in to ask for a starter check to make a payment and to order checks and they refused to give him any starter checks because he "opened the account online and should have come in to do it." Like they were punishing him for not giving them the direct commission on the account. Are you kidding me? She goes "well I mean we are open every weekday 9-4!" Wow, must be nice to have THOSE hours Karen. I will say that the tellers are so kind and courteous, having wonderful conversations with the banking members.. but it's unfortunate that they have this level of customer service as an example in management.
