  Donna and everyone at the Forty Fort branch were very knowledgeable and friendly. I am always greeted warmly upon entering, and they even stayed open to assist me after closing time one evening. Exceptional service from delightful people...if you aren't banking at this Citizen's bank branch, perhaps you should be!

  i wanted for a while just to get waited on and when i finally got waited on the female teller was rude she wanted me to go in the drive throw machine deposit i tired to explain too her i don't have my card to that she was just plain out rude there is no way in heck im standing out side to make a deposit this bank needs too fix there problems or im finding a different bank and im not there only person that says this bank sucks

  I WENT IN TO CASH TO A PAYROLL CHECK THAT WAS FROM CITIZENS BANK. THE TELLER CASHED MY CHECK WITHOUT INFORMING ME IT WOULD BE A 7 DOLLAR CHARGE. THEN SHE STARTING COUNTING MY MONEY WHILE I DECLINED A CALL AND SARCASTICALLY SAID, WHAT'S THE USE IN ME COUNTING AND SLAPPED MY MONEY ON THE COUNTER. I PUCKED MY MONEY UP AND COUNTED IT AND IT WAS SHORT 7 DOLLARS. I ASKED HER WHY IT WAS SHORT AND THATS WHEN SHE TOLD ME IT WAS A CHARGE. She didnt give me a receipt either. THANK GOD I DONT HAVE TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN. MY DIRECT DEPOSIT WILL GO THROUGH TO MY OWN BANK NEXT PAY.
