      Ugh! Horrible bank!! On site customer service is rude and incompetent. Moved my accounts from there because I was disgusted by not being able to contact them by phone or email. Stay away!!

      I called this branch because I had a question about my overdraft. Paris answered the phone and my goodness, she was so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond for me while also being very nice and professional. I opened my account at this location over 15 years ago because I work in Bloomfield Hills, but live in Wayne County, so normally I use the branch closest to my house. From now on I will use this location as my main branch because of the great experience I had. Thank you, Paris for going above and beyond and helping me. :)
