      This is a new bank on Route 50, close to the Price Chopper/Dollar Tree plaza. They have a 24 hour indoor ATM. Great location. Efficient bank tellers. Overall great place to do banking.

      Very poor customer service today. I am so upset after a 40 year relationship with this bank. The man that I was seeking help from was completely unreasonable and completely incompetent. Bad reflection on this bank. It’s clear he’ll always be just a teller—no skills! I’ll be closing my account because of him next week. Wonder how many others have done the same... very sad...

      This bank keeps taking money from my account without any trace and I know it’s being stolen because I have everything written down in my account book, how do I handle a situation like this? I feel like there will be a big dealing in court for this, I’m almost most certain I am not the only customer with this going on!
