      I walked into this branch on Saturday Mar 30 to get some change only to be told this is a cashless branch. Only ATM transactions can be processed here - the bank does not have money or tellers. The employee I interacted with denied that this is a classist, discriminatory choice by the bank. It's strange that there are no tellers but the drive through is also somehow closed. So I had to interact with someone to be told I couldn't process a 'normal' bank transaction. I was told that the other branch nearby 'may' be able to help me. Wouldn't you know if the Citizens Bank down the street has MONEY or not?

      The Drive-Thru has been closed. Only window decal. Nothing posted to explain. Proceed inside to make a deposit...... that is closed as well. You cannot do that either at this branch. (Unless you want to do so with your debit card?) The ONE positive, I was offered help to do this but couldn't with rolled change and cash. Save yourself a trip. They remain open with lobby hours for I assume loans?? DON'T WASTE A TRIP.
