      I do not go here by choice. These tellers are rude. They won't look at you they won't talk to you it's like your a inconvenience. I would not recommend. The one star is actually too much.

      If I could give Citizens bank 0 out of 5 stars I would. Their latrobe location closed. Their supermarket branch location has very strict hours. All of their ATMs never have any money in them, which doesn’t surprise me considering no one can physically walk into one anymore, so people are scrounging to get the cash they need out of the one ATM they have in Latrobe. I cannot wait to switch banks. Citizens bank has the absolute worst service. So much for being called “Citizens” bank when they make it extremely hard for their members to get ahold of their money. The least they could do is keep the ATMs stocked since they want to shut down all of their locations and have very limited hours, but apparently that’s too much to ask for. 0 out of 5. If you’re looking for a bank do not sign up here.
