      SINCE CLOSING THE PORTSMOUTH BRANCH, THE WHEELERSBURG BRANCH CAN NOT KEEP UP. I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY AND CAN NOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. WHEN THE CALL ACTUALLY DOES GET ANSWERED YOU GET SENT TO SOMEONES VOICEMAIL AND THEN DO NOT GET A RETURNED CALL. THIS HAS DEFINITELEY HELPED ME MAKE THE CHOICE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER SINCE 1998.

      If they put you on hold give up because they are never answering the phone I sprint 2 hours on hold to get my balance went there no one there walked in and out no problem they just didn't want to answer the phone
