      Please beware this "bank." This bank opened up multiple, fraudulent accounts under my name in December of 2021 and after having spoken to 4 different "Managers," the accounts (which have no balance) have yet to be closed. When speaking to this "bank's" call-line, no employee, nor "Manager" can verify themselves through employee ID numbers; provide email/text confirmations; nor fax any information to prove you have called in to report fraud, close accounts, etc. I have provided my call back number all 4 times I have spoken to a "Manager" for Citizen's Bank Identity Theft department to call me back and have not received a single call in the last 2 weeks. This institution is rude, unhelpful, and a breeding ground for fraudulent activities with no resolution.

      I have been with this bank since 2004, I don't have any loans with them just 2 checking accounts and what I like them for is no minimum balances or hidden monthly charges. They are simple to use if you have their app which allows you to do mobile deposits for anything except money orders which you would have to mail in to them (not sure why). The down side is in the years I have been with them the 2 local branches they had in our city closed down and so the closest branch to me now is 2 hours away. So far I haven't needed to go in to a branch in all these years, but if that becomes an issue I guess I will have to go elsewhere. I will agree that their customer service is not great and I'd never try to get a loan from them.
