      Gylten (I hope I spelled that right) and the manager went above and beyond helping us today. They are amazing and gave my 2 yr old treats when she was getting restless. Thank you guys for everything!!!!

      Great bank and great people however the Hours are terrible. I work 8-4 Monday through Friday. I need papers for my direct deposit and can't get them since they don't open at all on Saturdays. They only have one bank in the entire area since they closed the other.

      Been with this bank 30 years when it originally was mellon.now citizen..threw all the years always had great staff members ..until most recently..seems alot of the prior emplyees are gone ..3 of them were pretty much mainstays..arent there anymore ..with great personalities..now i been there lets say past 6 months nd isnt the same customer service with the new staff..only one female is great ..the one male and female are not even sub par with personality or customer service..iam sure they are good people ..iam seriously going to look into another bank for my banking needs ..nd make the jump for the new year..
