      Just moved into town and wanted to open new accounts with Citizens. No phone was answered when I tried calling to see if appointments were needed so went in and was told to schedule an appointment. Answer your phones or have proper staff. No worries I’m going elsewhere to open checking and other accounts

      7 years at this bank. They towed my car (while i was in the bank) Then lost my money due to a atm malfunction. They told me there was nothing they could do for me & i have to call the branch in Rhode Island to get their mistake fixed. The Branch manager was extremely cold and not helpfull at all. She didnt even apoligize for a mistake that lead to my car being towed.
