Rented from Greenwald July 2018-2019, beautiful property right on main st. Great price for the location and heat included for a 3 bedroom! The staff is always friendly, maintenance very responsive.

DONT EVER RENT WITH ED! This man is one of the worst landlords i've ever had. Did not respond to texts, did not fix anything that wasn't working (even before we moved in), and tried to take more than the security deposit when moving out. Blamed tenants for damage that was there before moving in. Any repairs that needed to be made due to natural ware and tear was exaggerated and details were completely incorrect. This man will lie to you and pretend to care, then try to take as much money as possible when you try to move out. Not to mention his "guys" that he has fix his house don't know what they're doing, and half the time don't even show up. Stay away from Ed W.
