      I have regretted this banking choice since day one. For around 6 or so years it's been an on and off nightmare; today I had enough. The branch manager and staff were AMAZING in helping me figure out my situation, and finally putting it to an end. Though I still closed my account, did NOT open another, and am NO fan of the bank itself; this branch was lovely to deal with and if you are a customer, I suggest that if you hit any snangs, you come here. Tonight could have been horribly frustrating and emotional (as most of my experience were), but instead it was calm and simple. Thank you.

      I paid $3,50 to use your atm to get $500 out and it gave me all 20s. I askes the woman if she could change them for larger bills. First she said she didnt have them then she asked if I had an account as if I did she had them. So thats how you do buisness? If I had an account she would have the $100 bills but either way i paid to use your machine. Very disrespectful buisness. Ill never use your atm or recommend your bank. Its a joke. Whats the big deal? Its funny she didnt have them but if I had a citizens account she had them. Bad buisness. Horrible bank that treats people that way.
