      I am very impressed with Chris Sumner and Motto Mortgage Northeast! I’ve worked with Chris at his former company and in fact had an application for a line of credit that was taking months to get through processing when Chris moved to Motto Mortgage. After speaking with Chris and realizing that rates had dropped so low, I decided to refi with Chris/Motto and compare the terms of a refi vs. line of credit. Well, I couldn’t believe that Chris/Motto were able to get me a “clear to close” before the old company could approve HELOC with a 2-month head start and with much better terms! Chris and Motto have a great online system that made submitting documents so easy and Chris is a very experienced loan originator with an outstanding support team. I highly recommend Chris Sumner and Motto Mortgage for any residential mortgage loan.
