      I would like to give it 0 stars but, the system doest let me. Citizens reached out to me for HELOC and i agreed to process the application. they completely changed the loan amount and terms of the loan. I respectfully declined and requested them to close my application but, they lied to the bureau and said "I didn't qualify for the loan".

      I am greatly impressed by, and very grateful to this branch Manager, Linda P. I dropped by on Thursday (10/3) hoping for help with one of my accounts and Linda saw me immediately. She was very welcoming and patient. At the end of our (lengthy) conversation, she promised to research my questions and call me the next day with the information I needed. She kept her promise and called me today with all the information I needed. My mind is at ease - thank you Linda!
