      Unbelievable how stupid the people are that work at this location. They literally don't even know how to set up a simple checking account. Not an exaggeration!

      I moved out of state but kept my account open with plans on moving back within a few years. 2 time in the last 6 months I have had my account broken into. The first time it took the company over a month and a half to get me my new bank card and I had to have it sent to another person's house so I can have it sent to me by them. This time around it took 2 weeks before I had to call and have them overnight my card to another person's house so they can send it to me, and your company still charged me money to have it overnighted to the other person's house after your company had lost my card multiple times. Not to mention it took longer to replace the money in my account than they told me it would on top of calling multiple times just to make it happen. I will be closing my account with citizens as soon as I come back home.
