      Great Team and Excellent Customer Service Skills! I do not like going to the bank that often, but apparently in the USA you have to go sometimes. Luckily, the team at Stop and Shop branch of Citizens is really such an amazing group of people. Service oriented, friendly and just really willing to their job and work with ALL customers. I've had to go to them a couple of times because of some issues with my building management whose systems do not work to process electronic payments. The team at Citizens Bank is friendly and helps me always to resolve the issue. They are also bilingual. Bravo and well done.

      Worst bank ever. Close all locations, move into stop and shops this ATM is constantly out of service for withdraws. Get your act together citizens and quick.
