      Overall, the staff is very friendly and helpful. But one of them always pushes me to use the ATM, even when there is no one else around. Everyone else though is welcoming and very willing to complete any transaction I need. Plus being open on Sundays is nice.

      Worst customer service ever!!!! Absolutely no understanding and make up rules/policies as they go and even the employees can’t figure out why they do things they do. Held a deposit for two weeks to do “internal” verification and stating it was a larger check than usual but when a check larger goes in a month before not the same actions taken. When asked about it was given the run around and stating that is how it is and you can’t talk to anybody about it. Will be moving banks immediately with this service. Completely absurd. Do not bank here!

      Okay, so it’s a bank in a supermarket. That’s kinda nice, right? And they have an ATM. Also nice. But when I walk up to the counter and they say that I could accomplish the same thing at the ATM, I have to question exactly what the purpose of having a teller there is at all. I mean, if I wanted to use the ATM, I’d do so. But if I specifically walk past an ATM to talk to a teller, don’t you think there’s a reason why? Overall, it’s convenient, it’s there, and I was able to accomplish my banking. But that’s really all there is to say about this place.
