      I worked with Lisa Esper and she is the BEST! I highly recommend her and the Select Mortgage team to anyone looking to purchase a home. She made the home buying process stress free for me as a first time home buyer with lots of questions, always responded in a timely fashion, and made sure I was a priority while I was purchasing a home in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.       Super unprofessional They will try and go with the highest quote from any bank to get more money in their pocket if the deal goes through. Buying a house is supposed to be exciting , well in my case it was nothing but stressful had to switch mortgage brokers randy is super unprofessional so I do not recommend going through select mortgage . He tried to get my boyfriends dad to dip into his retirement fund and hes not even the one trying to get the house he was just gifting us money with closing that's it . This place is a joke his communication skills are unacceptable .

      The buyer of our house went through this company and no one double checked the payoffs( on either side) the day before we closed to make sure all the numbers matched and underpaid our mortgage by $3000.
