      The tellers at the Edinboro branch accepted my check that I was attempting to cash, everything was fine and they asked if there was any particular way I wanted my money back, and then only sent me out a receipt slip saying that they were holding my check for 5 days. Terrible and incompetent personnel on the weekends for sure. EDIT: After speaking with Alex at the Edinboro branch of the credit union, my rating stands. They’re unreliable, change their supposed reasonings, and do not explain conditions of services ahead of time. DO NOT BANK WITH ERIE FCU IF YOU’D LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      Horrible bank. I paid a couple bills to the same company and my debit card was deactivated. Tried calling to get it fixed and after bank hours there is no number to call to speak to a representative. So now I am sitting with a worthless piece of plastic and I can not access my money in my account. And if you open an account you better make it that you can pull more than 300 dollars out a day. 300 max that's it. There "fraud protection" Is more of an inconvenience than helpful.
