  I visited the bank with my son. The new staff at the bank was very nice, polite and professional. I opened two accounts for myself and my son and they were very helpful throughout the process. I enjoyed the time being there and even learned Roberto's and Sara's name they were very friendly. The branch manager Erion was awesome, very very professional, very friendly, made me feel like at home and he gave me quick answers to my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and the teamwork overall. I definitely recommend this branch.

  Erion Cela, Manager is refusing access my deceased Mothers account. She passed on March 1st, I went into the branch in late March to stop the auto payments on her account. I had all the appropriate documents. I was told the process to have legal review would take 2-3 weeks and I would be contacted. I waited over two months then I tried calling for an update this past Tuesday, I spoke with a bank associate who told me I was being transferred to Erion, I let it ring 16 times before realizing he was not coming to the phone. As a result of this delay. The account has been overdrawn because of automatic payments I was not allowed to cancel and still can't. I believe this in retaliation for a survey I filled out that was not positive. Erion called to berate me over the review which was filled out the day I went into the bank to file P.R. paper in late March I don't understand why a bank allows one person to have this much unchecked power.

  I'll narrow down their disrespectful service in one incident, the clerk gave my dad attitude for handling her $1.75 worth of change (dimes and nickels no pennies) within his cash deposit, saying that they only take change if it's a roll, which is news to me.
