  If the experience I had with this bank yesterday is any indication, I cannot advise you strongly enough against this branch! I had an appointment scheduled with Eric at noon yesterday, for which I showed up not only on time, but early. I arrive only to find out that he “took the day off” and that no other workers there could help me. How could he not know that he had an appointment scheduled with me, then not even contact me to let me know he couldn’t make it?!!? Rose, the associate to which I spoke regarding the appointment (I even showed her my email confirmation), was very unprofessional and rude. She just told me Eric took the day off and “sorry to inconvenience you” in a surly tone, and told me to find another nearby branch that could help me. Horrible service!!! I cannot believe there was not even a slightly sincere apology for the poor communication and lack of notice regarding my appointment needing to be cancelled. I went to this location because of the convenience, but it is worth traveling out farther if this is what customers have to endure. By contrast, I was able to get service at the Giant Eagle Citizens Bank in East Liberty (on Centre Ave.), and Maevyn was absolutely wonderful! Very focused, thorough, helpful, and showed genuine concern for any problems or questions. I would highly recommend her and that location instead. Don’t settle for the rudeness & unprofessionalism at the Waterfront location.
