      Extremely helpful!!! Side note: I closed my account at my usual branch on Edgewood. Had an absolutely awful experience. Before I could request my statements they had already closed the accounts (they were too busy having attitudes to pay attention to my request). When I finally was able to request my last 3 month’s statements, they grumbled and explained that they “cannot do that once the account is closed.” Eventually she printed my statements for me. So… she could… she just wouldn’t before? I have no clue what their issues were. Anyway, after realizing I needed 12 months of statements instead of 3 (that mistake was on me), I called the Kentucky branch (never going to Edgewood again), and they helped me so quickly even knowing my account was closed with them. Amazing the difference between branches. IF I ever needed to do business with Citizens again, it will 100% be at the Kentucky location.

      I have had the best service of any bank in my lifetime. The staff are always very pleasant and extremely helpful. I will remain a customer as long as I live in Florida.

      Worst bank in the world . It's the "Dollar Store" of banks really. Rude managers . Ridiculously horrible customer service . Always a problem with transfers and deposits . They could care less about their customers...unless it's a big business or rich people. Don't let them control your money !
