Here is my experience with an auto loan... the CU's online site suddenly decided to stop recognizing my log-in that I've had for 8 months. So, call the help desk on a Saturday afternoon (open until the evening, supposedly), and wait on "music hold" with nobody answering for over an hour. I just need my account number, which is not printed in full on monthly statements. I'm not pleased, so here is your 2-star rating, Mid-Florida Credit Union.

Midflorida as a bank itself is perfectly fine. This particular drive thru only location is the slowest line of any business anywhere. I have been sitting in line for 30 minutes and there is one care in front of me and one in the other lane. It’s always like this. Horribly slow.
