      The experience with Truist overall is by far THE WORST I’ve ever encountered with ANY BUSINESS!! Before Truist I was with Suntrust for over 5 years with absolutely NO problems but once Truist bought out Suntrust the nightmare began. Truist sent my debit card to the wrong address and refused to verify with me where the card was sent, not to mention the card was activated and USED. Luckily the transactions were declined but now my account is blocked I can’t get any of MY OWN money even going inside the branch. Truist is a JOKE! Run while you can because everyone is either clueless or not helpful. 0 STAR and I will be getting in contact with the BBB

      Worst bank ive ever dealt with no one answers the phone. They dont have temp debit cards now i have very limited access to my account and i work till 5 they clise at 4. 3 strikes y r out
