  Daniella Sanchez that works here needs to lose the attitude. She mispronounced my name on purpose. She asked me questions about what the check was for. She also asked personal questions about my kids. This is really bad Citizens

  I have always liked the hometown feel and sense of community found at Citizens Bank & Trust Company. But after today I will never again be a patron. My child has a disability benefits card and I needed to withdraw money so I stopped at the closest bank which happened to be Citizens Bank & Trust Company. I withdrew $300 and was shocked to learn that their ATM fee was going to be $6!! To withdraw $300 from a DISABILITY DEBIT CARD! Never again! US Bank has no fees and even though it is a little out of the way, I will be giving US Bank ALL of my banking business.

  I've been banking here for almost 20 years and it was an amazing bank when I opened my account. I have also paid off several vehicles through citizens with zero late payments or issue. In the past couple years I've been working out of town and have had issues pop up with zero help from Citizens. Because I work out of town and am unable to run to their bank every time I've had issues not only can they not help me but they refuse to even try. They've become very cold and hard to work with through simple issues. I'm in the process of using up the last of my checks and will be closing my accounts asap. They promote themselves as a friendly, warm, small town bank, which is a lie. I don't know what happened or where things went wrong but do yourself a favor and open your account elsewhere.
