This was a great bank when it was Suncrest, sadly it is no longer the bank it once was. Huge monthly service fees on my once free account and no one can explain how they figures out their charges since they seem to fluctuate. I waited on hold for over an hour with no resolve for my Zelle either. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Suncrest bank was a great bank. The employees seem happy and were very friendly. Since the buy of suncrest, they changed everything thing. Charging for every little thing you do. The bank is and feels empty and cold. Even called the main corporate and they were unwelcoming and makes you feel unwelcomed. Suncrest cared about small business and their community.
