      I am terribly displeased with the service I have received with this bank. They were very nice when I opened the account. However I was VERY adamant about not wanting overdrafts and I signed for no overdrafts but apparently getting a debit card opted me in for overdrafts and I was not told about this. So I ended up in a bit of debt that in all reality considering my financial situation I couldn't afford. I spent the money feeling assured that I couldn't overdraft and my card would be declined when it got to that point. I also had a courtesy call about the account and when I asked how I could prevent any future overdrafts next time because I opted out and wanted to know why I was even allowed to do this, the lady got an attitude with me about it and was pretty sarcastic. And to boot the past two times I've gone to deposit money they've had some reason to hold my money until midnight when I actually need it. I have animals, myself and another person to take care of, I'm going to need ALL of my money.
