      I just completed my closing on a mortgage that I did with Citizens Commerce here in Versailles. Stephanie Perry was absolutely amazing. She was on top of the whole process and was super responsive. We ended up with a 25-day close and I can't recommend Stephanie enough!

      Normally this is a good bank, friendly and helpful staff. The last experience I had was awful. I drove over there from the next county over just to change my mailing address. The woman who waited on me took my name and address that was it. I waited for her to change it in the computer but she looked at .me and asked anything else. I said I'm sure there is more than 1 person with that name, so she wrote down my social security number. I received my bank statement in the mail a week and a half later still addressed to my old address. Now I'm going to have to drive back over there with the high cost of gas.
