      I had made an appointment the morning before I went in, and I was able to get in that day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. You do have to wear a mask though before you go in.

      I sent an international wire transfer in early march. It was done incorrectly and the transfer didn't complete so I ended up having to go to another branch to have it corrected (due to the branches with walk-in only being closed) it was done incorrectly AGAIN and my money was held in a reserve account in the other country because they had my address at the bank and typed the swift code incorrectly. As soon as this pandemic is over I'm going to a better bank. This has taken a month and a half to correct and the bank in the other country had to correct the error!
