      Terrible bank, at a time the community needs help they dont answer phone calls or call back. I have a vehicle title and a job and I still cant get help during this hard time in covid. I was told yes but would not set a date or call back. I call and it would get sent straight to voicemail. Just tell me no if you cant help so I can try elsewhere, you were reccomend by friends and boy have I regretted it!! Secretary seems to know the avoidance game too and helps them, I was put on hold a couple times as a joke. I will try another bank that wants to help their own community. Yall should take that name off of your building! I talked to manager too and he didnt care what was going on either. Merry Christmas to yall too!
