  I don’t know any other way to contact customer service or anyone else related to the Decherd branch. I would like to report exquisite service performed by Andria Taylor. She was a Godsend in our moment of hopelessness. We firmly believe that she was put as an angel in our path. Being over 600 miles away from the nearest branch she was a sweet voice on the other end of the line. She will be definitely be getting cookies or donuts sent to her. She really does care about people and service.

  Getting a little old months since you could walk into a branch. Cant be a corporate policy us banks are open in other states. Kind of ridiculous.Made a appt few weeks back when I got there still couldn't get in.
