  I have been banking with Citizens National Bank for going on 3 years now. I was introduced to them by a friend when we were applying for a business loan at the Pflugerville branch. I was amazed by the level of personal touch we received from everyone we came into contact with. At the Pflugerville branch, I have mostly interacted with Jonathan and Lisa, who both go to great lengths to help out with any situation, and I can get myself into situations sometimes. They also host a really fun Christmas party every year at the Pflugerville branch where we all get to mingle with staff and other customers---not to mention the incredible buffet they provide for the event. At the Cedar Park branch, I have worked with Julie, Irene and Donna. These ladies also make the CNB banking experience a pleasure. Everyone I encounter at CNB knows me by my name, which is pretty rare in business these days. There exists that comfortable down-home feel. And, they reach out periodically to thank me for being a customer, and to ask me if I want to roll around in their vault and get some free money---well probably not that last part. But they are definitely a kind and accommodating bunch!!

  I highly recommend CNB for both business and personal banking. CNB exemplifies the positives of banking with a smaller, community bank. I had always banked with big, national banks and didn't realize the level of service I could get at CNB. The entire staff is friendly and will get to know you by name. How cool to be able to call the branch president, Jonathan, and get him on his direct line, or even show up unexpectedly in person and have him available to help with whatever projects I have going on. Susan, the account rep, is super responsive both via phone and via email and helps with any issues that I have come up. Even better, they have both an online banking system and a new app with remote deposits for checks, so you get the perks of bigger bank technology PLUS the service of a community bank.
