  My brother died unexpectedly and, I left for out of state; my wife was following in the days to come. In the meantime, her debit card got hacked in London (nope, we had not been there) and the security folks with this bank caught it - it never went thru and not only was caught it but she had her new debit card within 24 hours. I have nothing to say but praises for this bank; they know us by name, have always risen ti the occasion 110 percent and we appreciate how we have been treated over the last 20 years of banking with them. Can't get any better - thank you Citizens!

  First of all, I am not a customer of Citizens Bank. However, I stopped to use their ATM and I typed in the wrong code for my card and it kept my card! I was told that I would have to call my bank and they would have to issue me a new card! I feel like Citizens Bank should post something on their ATM machine stating that you should be aware that the machine could keep your card. I am in MS from out of state and I desperately needed that card.
