      Marcia was so helpful with helping me figure out things for the underwriter. She always answers email and calls. She did her best to help me not stress too much but providing me information as she received it from underwriting.

      If you choose City Bank, DO NOT go through Lisa Hagee-Walden! We had a horrible experience with our first home buyers loan. If it weren't for the other ladies at City Bank we would have gave up and went another route. I could give a LONG list of our troubles with Lisa. To keep it short, you can never get ahold of her and obviously doesn't care that much about her job.
