  Not sure where all the bad reviews come from ! City Lending is Absolutely Amazing! I received a notice in the mail stating that I might be paying to much , and they could possibly help lower my payments or put me in a new car . I called the 800 number but then I changed my mind. I had already been in the field looking for a car and we all know that you can spend countless hours at dealership only to be told No or you may need a co-signer, been there did that . Victor Madrigal assured me that this process would be smooth and that is exactly what it was SMOOTH! The Sales Manager was already expecting me because city lending email the appointment to you, and they make sure they confirm. I will make a long story short I walked in talked numbers they ran my credit, couple of minutes later I was driving in a car I wanted Dodge Charger and they paid my car off ! Oh and one last thing my interest rate is lower ! Currently doing my happy dance love this place !!!! I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to them they are Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Simple, City Lending is a boiler room, you are going into a dealership with out any help from them, just motivators to get you to certain dealerships. The one star is for the motivation. Update; if they get your info they are relentless on calling, emails, texting . Also, I found out later they sold my info and still trying to get people from not calling and mailing me. These are the people that don't care how they do it, who they do it to, just to make a buck.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY LENDING THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUD I HAVE 690 FICO AND GREAT INCOME TO DEBT THIS COMPANY IOS A FRAUD PROMISED TO EXPEDITE THE FINANCING AND GET ME A CAR BUT THE REP NEVER EVEN CALLED THE CAR DEALER NEVER CALLED ME BACK WHEN I FOLLOWED UPN THE NEXT DAY A NEW RUDE REP TOLD ME THAT GUY IS NOT HERE I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CASE AND WE ONLY FINANCE CARS THROUGH HYUNDAI NO ONE ELSE? IT WAS LATE SO THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE DEALER TO BUY THE CAR ANY HOW AND LET THEM FINANCE ME BUT THEY SOLD THE CAR THAT AFTERNOON DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITY DONT LOSE AN OPPORTUNITY TI LIES AND EMPTY PROMISES.. OH YEAH AND THIS REVIEW MUST BE FAKE I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF 25 POINT ON A CAR LOAN BUT EVEN SO THEN YOU MYSTERIOUSLY IMPROVED YOUR CREDIT SO MUCH THEY GOT YOU A NEW LOAN ZERO DOWN AT 5 POINTS IMPOSSIBLE Excellent customer service and very professional. Went from 24 percent interest rate to 5 percent on a new vehicle with no money down. Thanks City Lending!!
