  I have always had a positive and friendly experience when dealing with the CBN personal. They are professional in thier knowledge and attitude. I use the CBN 29th and Rock Rd. as my bank and I have never been disappointed in the service I have recieved. I plan on staying with CBN because of the people here.

  I had an account that someone tried to hack and they closed my account because it was less than 2 weeks old. The people inside the branch has been very helpful but when I requested a new account the upper management said no and now I have had nothing g but problems with getting my money from them the were suppose to send a cashiers check in the mail last week and I still have yet to receive it

  I just closed both of my checking and savings account because the manager Mike Tran decided to put a hold on my pay check. Mind you I’ve been a costumer for over a 1 year and a half. Bringing in the same check from the same employer! I was livid! I’ve been a long time customer and he’s the new face. I deposited the same type of check just 2 weeks ago into the same accounts and they didn’t put a hold on it, but today Mike Tran wanted to be difficult and put a hold on my check! Fire Mike Tran please because everyone else working there has never made my experience at City National Bank this difficult! Thank you Mike Tran for putting a bad reputation on a once good business!
