      Please do not conduct your banking here they are rude, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. I have an account with them and a credit card. Unfortunately I got behind on my credit card and they would not work with me, which is surprising since we are in a pandemic and many people have fallen on hard times. They did not want to hear it and closed the card and put a hold on my account for the full balance when I was only 3 months behind. I made a payment for the amount that was due plus some extra along with it thinking it will catch me up and everything will be fine but No! They still want the full balance due and everyone I speak with has a rude undertone even then managers. Looks like nothing can be done, but I just wanted people who were thinking about banking with them to heavily reconsider because this business has no empathy for no one. I should have just stayed with Regions they have more compassion.
