      Extremely unprofessional company! Besides of being a time consuming process (instead of asking for required documents all at once- w2, stubs, etc-they did one by one) they decided to pull my credit without even having a filled out application or authorization to do so. Oh what a great surprise when I got a credit report I didn’t ask for in my email! I tried contacting them and they will not give me a straight answer or correct the issue. Thank you Ms. Munk for lowering my credit when you were not even authorized to ran it!
