      We were moving out of state and Shilo was a last-minute referral from a good friend who we trusted and had helped us buy a couple homes in the past but who's license had lapsed in Idaho. Shilo was great to work with me to help me with an estimate and to determine the best way to move forward. The incredible part is that we had sold our house more quickly than anticipated and were closing on our new house in less than 30 days from the time I got in contact with Z mortgage. All things considering, their team had everything in place for things to go through but unfortunately both the lender and appraiser made mistakes in the process which resulted in us moving in a week later than we had wanted. Shilo fought for us to get us in quickly and remedy the mistakes from the other parties, including staying in contact with me and providing updates after hours and on weekends. The Z Mortgage team was really friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them.
