As a lender that routinely funds loans for companies such as this, I have to say that dealing with Tyler Theobald was not a professional experience. He either doesn't know what he is doing (incompetent), or he's not honest. I suspect both. He brought me a transaction that I worked my tail off to get funding approval only to have it fall apart on the very last day because Tyler had not communicated with the buyer/borrower what the loan costs were.

LESLIE MOSS is the best loan lady, maybe ever? She was so responsive, so helpful in helping me understand every step of the process, and making sure every payment/ fee was crystal clear (which was a major stressor for me going into this). We were basically clueless going into home buying and she walked me through every step and made it as painless as possible. Not to mention we closed on our home faster than anyone else in human history? Literally in 2 weeks. She is incredible, I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to everyone I know.
