  Carrie was an amazing realtor! She met us at the house we were selling with little advance notice. Her professionalism and outstanding knowledge were clear throughout the time we worked with her. She was easy to work with and gave excellent advice to move toward a quick sale while still netting a competitive price. I always felt her advice was in our best interest. As we were out of town, she proactively obtained estimates for buyer-requested home repairs to aid in negotiations. She also arranged for the home to be cleaned. In negotiations, she worked well with the other realtors to secure a fair price. I would highly recommend her to others!

  Carrie Huerta is fantastic! My wife and I moved from RI to AZ because of a job opportunity. She not only helped us find our dream home within our budget, she was right on top of everyone else involved with the transaction. Our buyer's lender and agent in RI dropped the ball with respect to our timeline and it really complicated things. Carrie went above and beyond to make sure we were positioned well in moving things along because she educated us about the process every step of the way. She even gave us a virtual tour of our house when she should have been spending her anniversary celebrating with her husband. Thank you again, Carrie! ~The Anderson's

  So where do i start... after our uncle passed away we had the responsibility to sell his home in a market filled with virus concerns and unstable housing conditions. After reviewing local agents we interviewed and settled on Carrie Huerta and couldn't have been more happy. She was professional, honest, hardworking and most importantly a true partner willing to work with us on the home. After settling on a fair price that we all felt good about she took charge and ran with it. After the first day of showings we had 7 offers with a few above the asking price. Wow! We carefully vetted the offers and settled on a buyer. All ran smoothly and we closed last week. Usually the story stops there but what makes Carrie special is going the extra mile without complaint. She helped us move items to numerous donation centers when we weren't around, she checked the mail for us, she would double check that the AC was turned down, she even brought the trash out to the street on a holiday weekend after we moved some items out... all things that are amazing and beneficial when you live out of state. Long story short she will be our Arizona realtor for future endeavors and we look forward in working with her again. Thomas
