Very disappointed with this lender. They told is they would get us a 20 year loan at close to 2%, and when asked repeatedly, assured us the cost to fund the loan, in total, would be $2000. Come to find out the best they can do is a 30 year loan, at 2.99%. Significantly different, but we agreed, as the $2000 fee was reasonable. Then at signing we are informed the total fees are nearly $8000!! We should have walked, but we were already signing and on a deadline... So we signed. They sold off the loan before the first payment was due. I would recommend having options when dealing with this lender in case they don't/can't deliver as promised.
