Richard was incredibly helpful during our home purchase. We were told by many people that USAA had the best rates but Richard was able to find us a much better rate and explained the process with us. He made the home buying process much less stressful. When the rates went down, he called and helped us again through the process. He accepted multiple calls during the weekends and late nights and was very patient. We have recommended him to other new home buyers and will continue to use him for all of our future needs. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been working with Richard at Colorado Home Mortgages for many years. I have used CHM to purchase two homes, and also two refinances. I really like the way Richard works. I tell him what I am trying to achieve, and he lays out options for me to choose from. He is very professional, answers all my questions which puts me at ease. Every closing has gone very smoothly.
