  Dream team right here! Ian and Tracy were so quick to answer questions and really took the time to explain things to us. They know the Denver market very well and understand how fast things move. Evenings, weekends, etc. - they were always just a phone call or email away, anytime! There are a ton of lenders out there, but you will not be disappointed with Louviers Mortgage Group. HIGHLY recommend!

  Ian and Tracy were referred to me by my realtor. When I did some research, I found all the fantastic reviews which made me confident to utilize their services. Now, I'm beginning to question the positive reviews because I had a totally opposite experience. Tracy is very unprofessional, rude, nasty and she messed up my loan without taking accountability for it. I don't even think she still will take accountability for her part in it as it sounds like she doesn't even get it and keeps pointing fingers at every other person but herself. I was told, I was approved for a certain amount, I excitedly went searching for a house. I found a house which was about 100k or more cheaper than the approved loan amount because I wanted to stay below the approved loan amount. Somehow days before closing, I was no longer approved for the previous amount. Then she thought it was ok to investigate when I was going to get a salary increase from my employer and advised me to sell my car. My goal was to purchase a property that fits within my financial situation. It's either I'm approved for a loan or I'm not approved. I do not need to sell off my properties just to make a situation work if your numbers were right from the start. It's ok to make mistakes but it's upsetting when you don't own your mistakes or think your client is so gullible not to realize the truth and then you blame everybody else and everything under the sun but yourself. Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience with them.

  Ian ,Theresa and the team at Louviers are consummate professionals!!! As a first time home buyer, they walked me through the process, seamlessly, making for a smooth, stress free buying process. Couldn’t be more pleased with their service; 5 + stars all around can’t recommend them more.
