      Does not report to the credit bureau. Very unprofessional bitter staff. Everyone is so rude. No one smiles or greets you. They need a complete different staff. They are all burned out. Ngozie the lady who does loans treat people very rude. She speaks to you without any friendliness and does nothing to try to help. She seems to enjoy creating hurdles for the members. Very high interest rates and will not refinance you. Go to a reliable professional credit union.

      I have been a customer at Columbia Savings since I was 11 years old with a paper route. I have never been more proud of an organization it is a great place to save. The staff Anthony, Carol Mr. Gary and others are great people. I saved my first dollar at CSL and plan to save my last there.
