      The old staff was great the manager and branch manager are very nice people but apparently they have a new staff and I haven't dealt with them yet but the rest of the staff is great

      Believe it or not, this is a fair railfanning spot! The parking lot is adjacent to the CSX/NS diamond crossing. Traffic is lower now with auto production held up by the chip shortage. Usually lots of auto racks. Watched three trains in an hour yesterday, all mixed freight. Large CSX auto handling facilities just south of here. Just stay off RR property. Lots of foreign power. Fast food near by. Close to DTW.

      Worst comerica in Michigan. They are rude incompetent and offensive. Ive had a business account for 10 years and in general Comerica customer service aweful except a few. Recently i was asking a question in the drive thru and when i didnt except the answer she disconnect are conversation as if i worked for her. Additionally as a black small business owner its a shame how im treated by my own people. Another black person sees you trying to access your own business account they get highly suspicious as if you are a thief or scammer. Then outcomes the 10step verifications the 5min calls to corporate 10 min calls to the check writer and 14 day holds. Ive moved majority of my business not to mention online banks now offer over 1% interest. I hope Comerica fails.
