  Sad to say, I have to change my review due to one person. My husband and I have been a member of Comerica Bank for many years. We use the Telegraph King Road Branch located in Brownstown due to the exceptional service we receive from Stacy, Cheryl, Tracy, and Megan. Although we have had many great experiences at the Brownstown location, we recently had a very unpleasant experience with a Lori Sandusky. My husband and I visited the branch to apply for a car loan and to find out more information regarding the interest rates. When we entered the branch there was a woman, Lori Sandusky, sitting in a glass enclosed office, and instead of getting up to greet us, she decided to shout from her seat that she would be right with us. While we were waiting Lori decided again not to get up and greet us, but to shout from her desk to come have a seat with her. At this point i'm a little appalled by the lack of professionalism. Still we sat with her and after she answered our questions Lori then stated that we might be better off going through the dealership for a loan, it was confusing to us that she had suggested this before we had even put an application in. Following her suggestion, we left the branch and headed to the dealership to see what they could do for us. Unfortunately, we were approved for a higher interest rate than what we wanted. We headed back to Comerica Bank in Brownstown and decided to proceed with them. This would be the first time we applied for a loan through our own bank, so we were unaware of what the process would entail. After gathering and emailing all the paperwork Lori needed we went back to the branch to await further direction on when we could sign. While waiting at the branch, again Lori sat behind her desk in her office and shouted across the bank, in a very rude tone. “Kathy I told you there are 100 applications and I don’t know when it will be ready, it could be 15 minutes or 2 hours, I’ll call you when it’s ready”. Appalled my husband, brother and I got up and left the branch. I received an email at 3:46 p.m. stating that she will be leaving the office at 4:00 p.m. and will be giving me a call 15 minutes before she left for the day. We did not receive a call from Lori for the rest of the day. At 5:17 p.m I received a call from Tracy, stating that the paperwork was ready and that she would stay after to sign with us. It was because of Tracy that we received the car that day and we are grateful for her. I was very appalled with the service we received, being a manager myself I would have never treated a client the way we were treated by Lori at Comerica Bank. I’m sure you can appreciate it when I state that this was a very demeaning, humiliating experience for us. Lori Sandusky is the epitome of poor customer service; her customer service skills have tarnished the reputation of professionalism at the Telegraph King Road Branch, and needs further customer service training, especially with her being the manager to represent the Branch. Other than Lori, I’m grateful to these ladies Stacy, Cheryl, Tracy, and Megan, they have always conducted themselves in a professional but caring manner.
